About this calendar Beta
This is a free biotech catalyst calendar built from a single source: what companies themselves write in their SEC filings. A scanner reads the 8-K and 6-K press releases that US-listed drug developers file on EDGAR, extracts every statement about an upcoming event — a data readout, a PDUFA decision, a conference presentation, a trial milestone — and records it in the company's own words, with a link to the filing it came from.
The rule that makes it different
We never guess a date. If a company said "September 2026", the calendar says September 2026. If it said "the second half of 2026", you see a six-month window, marked as such. Most catalyst calendars convert vague guidance into a specific-looking date; we think the width of the window is itself information — it tells you how much control the company has over its own timeline. The coloured tag on every row (day, month, quarter, half) is the precision the company actually gave.
What's on a company page
Each ticker page shows the upcoming catalysts; the statement history of every program — each filing that mentioned it, in order, so you can watch a timeline hold or slip; the company's own cash and runway statements, quoted; financings extracted from filings; the recent press-release filings themselves; and our cash estimate: the last company-stated cash figure, reduced by the company's average monthly spend for the months since, plus any raises we know arrived after. That estimate is ours, it is dated, and the company's own sentence is always printed beside it. Price, chart and market data are provided by TradingView.
What this is not
The calendar contains no recommendations, no price targets, and no predictions. It doesn't tell you whether a trial will succeed — nobody can from the outside — and a listing here is not an endorsement of the company. Analysis lives elsewhere: the BioStockInfo weekly scanner ranks the upcoming month's catalysts with a transparent six-part score and does the reading — the science, the competition, the balance sheet — on the names that score highest. Names covered there are marked on their ticker pages, together with what happened after we covered them; outcomes are tracked from the day of publication and reported in a quarterly review.
Corrections
Extraction is automated and filings are messy; a date can be misread or a program mislabelled. Every row links to its source so you can check us, and we'd rather hear about an error than have it stand: contact us via biostockinfo.com.
Forward-looking statements
Nearly everything quoted here is a forward-looking statement made by the company under the safe-harbor provisions of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995. Such statements reflect management's expectations on the filing date shown, involve substantial risks and uncertainties, and are routinely delayed, changed or withdrawn without notice.
